Registration Policy 2009
Registrations are not complete until all fees are paid in full. Promotional Specials and Early Bird discounts are no longer valid if fees are not paid in full by end of stated periods. All participant registration fees must be paid in full by the designated sign-in day to attend any part of the conference. Substitutions are welcome at any time with a Euro 150 administration charge, plus the variation in price if substitution takes place in a different promotion period. Full, multi-day and day passes cannot be shared. Registrations paid and received after 23 September are subject to an additional Euro 200 in administrative fee. If registration fee is paid by bank transfer, please ensure to bring a copy of the receipt to show proof of payment. Registrations and profile updates must be received by 23 September 2009 to ensure inclusion in the W.I.N. 2009 conference book.
Cancellation Policy 2009
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and received by W.I.N. 23 September 2009 for a 50% refund of the registration fee. (Fax: + 41216120351 or email:

Registered participants who fail to attend and do not cancel in writing to W.I.N. by 23 September will be invoiced 100% of all fees.
W.I.N. reserves the right to modify the program at any time.
